I just wanted to take a couple minutes to formally thank you for the outstanding and beautiful work you  and your crew did with edging and putting down the decorative stone in our front and rear plant beds.  The work was done exactly as you described it would be done, the look is fantastic, and it was completed in an unbelievably quick amount of time.

I am so pleased that not only did you do what was contracted to be done, but you took it upon yourself to suggest and then do a few "extras" which you felt would add to the overall look by helping to tie things together in the interest of aesthetics.  The charge you suggested for doing these extras was so small as to be negligible.

I appreciate the professionalism and judgement that you and your crew displayed on the job, as well as the excellent communication you provided throughout the process, from price quote through the completion of work.

I look forward to receiving your professional assistance on future projects as they become necessary.
